ABOUT PBFI
Established to restore balance between Property Buyers and developers through advocacy, awareness, and action.
Property Buyers Forum of India (PBFI), operating under the PBFI Welfare Foundation, was established to address the longstanding imbalance of power between property Property Buyers and developers across India. We provide a structured, credible, and legally informed platform for Property Buyers to seek guidance, raise concerns, and pursue their rights.
Registered in Tamil Nadu under the Companies Act, 2013 with objects extending across the whole of India our foundation supports Property Buyers through every stage: from pre-purchase awareness to post-possession disputes, at RERA authorities, consumer courts, and housing boards.
With a growing network of members, state coordinators, and legal advisors, PBFI is today one of India's most active platforms for property buyer welfare.
The mission of PBFI Welfare Foundation is to protect and promote the rights and interests of property Property Buyers. We aim to create awareness about legal rights, ensure transparency in real estate transactions, and support Property Buyers in resolving issues related to property purchases. Through collective representation, guidance, and advocacy, PBFI Welfare Foundation works to build a fair, trustworthy, and responsible real estate environment for all property Property Buyers.
With the vision to protect the interests of property Property Buyers, PBFI Welfare Foundation strives to create a transparent, fair, and accountable real estate environment. We aim to empower property Property Buyers with knowledge, support, and collective representation, ensuring their rights are respected and safeguarded while promoting ethical practices within the real estate sector.
